Weston opened its girls volleyball schedule with an exciting win last week but the Silver Eagles have experienced some struggles since then.
Weston edged North Crawford in the first match of the season but enter the latter half of the week trying to snap a three-match losing skid after setbacks vs. LaFarge, Hillsboro and Kickapoo.
The 2020 Reedsburg football team will open an unusual but not unprecedented season this Friday when the Portage Warriors come to town for the first game.
