Off and running

It had been a long five months since Sauk Prairie High School last participated in a live sporting event. The lengthy wait is finally over. The Eagles hosted Baraboo in a girls swimming meet on Aug. 25. And as enjoyable as Sauk Prairie’s 93-76 win was, getting back in the water was just as fun.

Sauk Prairie’s tennis team falls in opener

Eagles’ coaches excited to get started

Andy Sherman was experiencing a bevy of emotions Monday morning. Sauk Prairie’s boys and girls cross country coach was thrilled that a new season was starting. The beginning of fall sports marked the first WIAA event since winter sports were halted on March 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
