All friends and relatives of the Gudenschwager family are welcome to attend this year’s annual reunion.

It will be held Sunday, Aug. 21, at the Loganville Hall.

A potluck lunch will take place from 12:30 to 1 p.m.

Each member can bring a prize, which will be given out during games following the luncheon.

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville has released its list of graduates following the spring semester.

Names, hometowns and majors are as follows. Students graduated from the main UW-Platteville campus unless otherwise noted.

Sacred Heart School and Church will hold its drive-thru Mobile Pantry this month.

Food will be offered starting at 4 p.m. July 28 in the parking lot off Willow Street. Supplies will be given out while they last.

Anyone who needs food is welcome to attend.

Reedsburg Public Library’s second Author Spotlight Event is scheduled for Monday, July 25, at 6 p.m. in the library’s Community Room. This month’s local authors include memoirist Carolyn Dallman, cozy mystery author Joh Ann Ribar, and inspirational writer Jaime Jo Wright.

Madison-area writer Andy Millman will visit the Reedsburg Public Library on Saturday, July 23, from 10 a.m. to noon to present Fiction in a Flash. Participants in the program will learn about this genre in which a story is told in a few hundred words.

A charitable organization has set aside $20,000 for a brand new attraction near the Reedsburg Municipal Pool.

On Monday, the Sauey Foundation announced that it was giving $20,000 to the Reedsburg Splash Park. The money was raised during the foundation’s golf outing.

Reedsburg’s next Concert in the Park will feature DB Orchestra.

The show will begin at 6:30 p.m. July 27 at Reedsburg City Park.

This Madison-based band plays a variety of music such as swing, rock, show tunes and pop. Around 20 musicians comprise the group.

Area nonprofits will sell concessions.

Thurber Greenwood Reedsburg VFW Post 1916 will update and remodel the Veterans Honor Roll Memorial Wall on the front of the Reedsburg VFW building.
