Beaver boys basketball squad ends losing skid with win over River Valley

An eight-game losing skid came to an end for the Beaver boys basketball team last Tuesday as Reedsburg picked up its first win of the home season, knocking off River Valley, 54-48, at RAHS.

River Valley girls basketball team completes tough 10 days

The mid-January schedule challenged the River Valley girls basketball team as they played six games in ten days against top competition from the area. Despite playing competitive basketball for portions of the games, on both ends of the floor, the Blackhawks were unable to secure a victory in any of the games.

River Valley wrestlers host quad dual

The River Valley High School varsity wrestling team hosted Dodgeville, Poynette, and Cuba City/Benton/Southwestern in a quad dual meet last Firday night. River Valley defeated Dodgeville 54-18 and Cuba City/Benton/Southwestern 41-28. Poynette defeated River Valley 40-27.

Heights girls thrilled to be back
