A Baraboo man was taken into custody Aug. 7 after a Reedsburg police officer found him at the city dog park after hours.

Michael J. Graham, 37, faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping, according to the Reedsburg Police Department.

Several locals are among the nearly 8,500 students who earned their degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May.

A La Valle resident has earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

The Reedsburg Arts Committee is looking for applicants for a challenge grant.

Up to $2,000 is available for art that addresses challenges in the community. Causes may include racial injustice, COVID-19, among other obstacles faced by local people.

The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh has released its Dean’s List and Honor Roll for the spring semester, and numerous area residents are among the honorees.

The list includes students at the Oshkosh, Fox Cities and Fond du Lac campuses.
