A 6,000-vote lead built in the northwest parts of Dane County carried Democratic Wisconsin Senate District candidate Sarah Keyeski to victory last week.
Keyeski broke even with her opponent, Republican Joan Ballweg, in the more populous counties of Sauk and Columbia.
