An increase in the amount of fatal crashes has prompted the Wisconsin DOT to implore drivers to slow down and keep their eyes on the road.
So far, Wisconsin has seen 16 more deadly crashes than the same time last year, bringing the death toll to 209. Most of those were drivers and not passengers, according to the DOT.
