Joseph “Joe” Thomas Joyce

DeForest--Joseph “Joe” Thomas Joyce, age 80, passed away on May 15, 2026. Joe graduated from Waterloo High School in 1964 and served in the U.S. Navy. He married Roxanne Giegerich on February 14, 1981.
