State races could lead to surprising local turnout in Spring Election

There may not be a Presidential race, but this Spring Election is looking to be a possible big one for Wisconsin.

On April 1, voters will decide on a Supreme Court justice, a superintendent of schools, and a state referendum question regarding voting. There are local races, too, though those are mostly uncontested.
