Col. Kurt K. Southworth, a 31-year Wisconsin Army National Guard member, graduated from the United States Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, on July 28.
The ceremony represented completing an intense two-year program resulting in a master’s degree in strategic studies.
