Affordable housing proposal receives first approval in Reedsburg

More rental housing could be on its way to Reedsburg.

On Monday night, Common Council approved a memorandum of understanding with JNB Reedsburg Family LP to build 54 residential rental units at the intersection of Southridge Boulevard and South Albert Avenue. This area is part of TID 8.
