Remember to register chickens, cows, other livestock

Everyone from pig farmers to those who keep backyard chickens is reminded they need to register with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.

State law requires livestock owners to register where they keep their animals. Registration is good for three years and is due by July 31.
