Wisconsin winter is back: Remember to bundle up, check forecast, protect vulnerable people and pets

It’s shaping up to be a typical January in Wisconsin with more bitter cold on the way this weekend.

Experts are warning folks to pay extra attention to their homes, friends and family, and pets as low temperatures crank up the stress.
